It was Suck For a E90 Without LSD,Also when the rpm go to redline with +/- it can't hold the gear

All e90 sucks at drifting... Without LSD there's not much you can do!
335i with an aftermarket LSD would be good, but I think all the boost will be hard to control.

With Lsd it also suck,as it will Up Shift when you at Redline...
MT is needed

But a manual transmission would be nice since these cars aren't exactly overpowering. Leave in 2nd or even 1st, depending on speed, and stomp the throttle.
