Exhaust Options

So I picked up a 335i rear bumper and want to move from single to dual exhaust on my 325i.
Should I bother with the OEM swap to dual mufflers or do a good single and pipe over the second outlet?

i dont really understand what you are trying to say?? are you wanting to do a OEM 335 exhaust set up or a single exhaust set up with modification?? if those are your questions i would do the single exaust with modification cause if you do the oem 335 exhaust route you would have to do major work..

Either a oem 335 Exhaust Catback system or a muffler that expands to the other side to provide the dual look correct? Someone is selling that set up for 500. Go on the California post and e90alex has one for sale. I know what u mean

325 = single exhaust on drivers side
335 = dual exhaust

I have purchased a 335 rear bumper and need to pull out my single exhaust for a dual setup.
Trying to find what is the best option;
going to a true dual muffler solution like the 335 has or doing a good aftermarket dual outlet muffler and running a pipe for the second outlet.

if you want to do the true dual the 335i way u also need the storage bin and additional hanger since you won't be able to fit a muffler with the 325i storage bin there. Or you can reroute the piping behind the storage bin but it will be from a single muffler
