The hyper silver finish that is being offered in the first shipment of wheels is quite different than a regular super silver finish. The hyper silver finish is created by putting down a black base coat first which gives the wheel a shadow effect, very similar to something you might see on a forged wheel. The super silver finish is lighter and can be compared to a factory BMW silver wheel finish. Hyper black is a unique finish that has been quite popular with the CSL wheels from Velocity. It has a dark tinted finish that shines differently depending on what kind of light it is in, it is truly a unique finish! Can't wait to see these wheels on an E92. I prefer forged wheels but about 1/3 the price and only 2.5lbs heavier I might be able to get over that. Once you get a pic of those mounted please post.
