BMW Online Tracker error

Hey Guys,

I was tracking my car online using BMWUSA.com for about a week, and then it stopped working, always giving me this error page with "Handler" as the title:

Sorry!

There was an application error.

Please try again later.

You may want to go to the Home Page, or the Site Map.

It's been doing this for about 1.5 weeks now.
Is anyone else having any issues tracking their car? I'm in WA buying from BMW Bellevue in case there are others experiencing it.
If I call the 1800 number it works and it tells me the status, I just liked the web based one

Thanks!

I've had the same problem. It was working while on the first step "on order" but as soon as it left that step it started giving me the same error you describe. I called them twice about it but they couldn't care less.

Sigh. My VIN doesn't pull up on the WW site. I know the car is in transit even though the BMW 1-800 number lists the car as still at port.

If it left on Friday, it's the Georgia Highway and it doesn't look like it's a WW ship.

I'm hoping it is on the Georgia Highway.

Your CA will know which ship it's on. I tracked the GH on Sunday until about 3-5pm when it made it too far off the coast of the UK.

How long does it take from drop off until your car gets on a ship? I dropped off in at the Munich Airport last week. And how long until your BMW Online allowed you to track your ship?
