I was wondering, can coding be done to display chinese characters? Hate it when I can't see the song title when playing some of my chinese mp3s. Also does coding void your warranty?

Why doesn't a mod post in here their reasoning for banning him?

Or they can just let bad thoughts brew against them amongst the many people who think Dimsum is a great guy.

I think we all can guess what the reason is. The more you ask the more likely you'll get banned too LOL

To ban him for him this is ridiculous. I'm just going to buy the hardware/software and learn to do it myself rather then take it to any shop now!

there's nothing to buy other than the cable. the bmw coding thread on here is very informative and lots of guys on there are willing to help.

anybody in the GTA proficient?

Some members still prefer someone else to code their car. This thread is for those members that are interested in getting someone else to do the coding.
Not everyone has the time or are comfortable to code it themselves.

Please refrain from going off topic.

If you need to contact Dimsum, please find his contact information on the 1st post. He is still the same ole DIMSUM, nothing but the best customer service.

Change the language to Jpn and you should be able to see most of the Chinese characters... at least on my non-idrive HU

I wanted to get about 4-5 codings done, but I've noticed that people are charging quite a lot for these, so I was also thinking of buying one of these cables and learn how to program myself...I would also like to know who's been using which cable
