Visiting NS and PEI

Hi am on a road trip started in Ontario then went to Quebec City then Saint John, NB now near Halifax, NS. Went to Lunenburg earlier and Peggy's Cove.

So any suggestions where to go while near Halifax? In few days we are going to PEI.

So far weather is awesome!

I drove to PEI in 2005 and passed by Quebec City on our way home. I never had a chance to go to NS but my co-worker said Cape Breton Island is a place to see specially the scenic route. Have a safe trip & enjoy.

I used to live in Halifax and then Moncton. Very nice places...
I recommend you visit Shediac, NB Parlee beach, which is not very far away from Halifax.
I also suggest you go kayak/canoe in Hopewell Rocks close to Moncton, one of the nicest drives and places to visit there...

Enjoy the east cost

Gotta see Peggy's Cove... approx 50 min drive south west

Went to Peggy's Cove, stayed at a cottage 5 mins away.
Went to Hopewell Rocks but just hiking.
Canoeing was in Quebec, were our canoe capsized!

Yes, we were @ Charlottetown and went to the park beach, VERY nice!
