Why must you make it a point to try to assume you know about and subsequently knock on potential buyers' financial situations?

Every single one of your prospects I'm sure can afford the tires and more.

You ARE posting about how 'broke' and 'cheap' people are....when simply, they don't see the same VALUE in your wares as you seemingly do.

After all, there is a reason you're selling them before you've even ridden on them...

I'm assuming you can read because you can obviously write. So READ the forum rules. That's why I didn't attack your intelligence because you have enough to read.

You were the only prospect that decided to basically crap on my thread. The others write just to say something (malicious at that) and for that I have a response. The ACTUAL prospects whether they are interested or not, whether it's within their budget or not, inquired and went about it the right way.

I myself purchased on here already and saw an honest price for a USED item and made an acceptable offer 225 for an orginal price of 250. I didn't ask a COMPLETE stranger to GIVE me something I'm sure he worked hard for. I did BUSINESS.

That's the shortest lesson I can give today. Please leave my thread alone.

I normally don't care about this type of petty crap, but you called me out, so I'm going to say my peace and then unsubscribe from this thread. This will be my last post.

I didn't crap on your thread, you did it yourself.

Sequence of events after your initial post, subsequent lowering of price, and justification of price based on retail values.

1. Someone (not me) made a comment. "So does not really matter what retail is. Only matters what you can get for them. As you are finding out your expectation might be too high."
This comment made light of the fact that the logic you were using to price your products was not 100% sound. You believe your valuation was fair market value, but in reality, what people are willing to pay is fair market value.
2. I agreed with the above comment.
3. A third person (again, NOT ME) made an obvious sarcastic remark about offering full retail price to you for your products.
4. You get your panties in a bunch and start insinuating (falsely, I might add) that the reason someone is not interested in your products is SOLELY because they cannot afford the price. You really think that's the case?
5. I make light of this offending remark in an attempt to help YOU save face and before you dig yourself deeper into a hole...which you're about to do, by calling people poor or cheap.
6. You state, "Not my problem if you can't come up with the money, buy them on credit at tirerack or wherever. I'm not giving these away, I work too hard to give my money to somebody whose money just doesn't add up or are too cheap." - This is a bit insulting to the people you are trying to woo to purchase your products at your desired and self-justified price, no? Not to mention the obvious holes in your argument - you didn't purchase these tires outright, they came with the car, so you're not giving any money away. Oh and the money you generate from the sale of these will likely be MORE than it costs to outfit your car with new non-RFT tires. But these are technicalities we won't get into, mmmkay?
7. I further make light of your insulting remarks.
8. You proceed to attempt to jab at my intelligence, reading comprehension, etc etc. You justify that you know how to do business on the forum with a brief anecdote about a negotiation 25% of the value of what you're selling.

9. I say my peace and leave your thread. Even though I think your general assumptions about other users' financial situations are rude, insulting, and unncessary, I still bid you good luck with the sale of these tires. Good day to you sir.

Your attempt to redirect is entertaining. I see that you're trying to further ruin my thread by making it seem I'm insulting everyone (nope, just the immature ones like you "djfrestyl", I thought that was clear, but obviously I have to point the finger, guess which one) . Get the mob all fired up. When you need an army to back your argument, you should just stop. Seriously, are you over 25 yet? The outline format tells me still in college. Anyway.....

Glad you were able to stomp your feet on the way out. Talk about a heavy flow day. Also, I'm overjoyed you made time to be "petty" (even though you say you normally don't). Thanks for moving on with your life brother, so that adults can talk, don't trip on the way out. FYI, if you feel insulted good, although I was referring ONLY to those (like YOU) that can't just resist the temptation to trash someone else thread.

What I said is a reality, there are things in this life that I will never be able to afford or just won't be worth the price, but that doesn't mean I go to Lamborghini (great example for way over my budget and just not worth the effort) and graffiti the cars. I keep it moving like you should have done a long time ago. Whether I'm mad, sad, or happy about that is not Lamborghini's problem, nor should it be.

My merchandise is included in my vehicle price, therefore they have a value which I have paid. If you think anything is for free you must not pay for your own $h!t (you should really get off the t!tty if you're going to drive a BMW).

I used an actual store with competitive prices (there's you're market value as I don't see tirerack going out of business even though their price is way above mine) and that's where I base my price; therefore buy, offer, or continue looking are your options. In addition, I have seen USED tires go for $600-800 on here, so I did my research there as well.

I used the example of my recent transaction on e90post to illustrate how adults exchange money for goods. Also, it would be in your best interest to use a calculator....you're math is way off, start with a basic one so you don't get too confused by all the pretty buttons.

If I don't get near my asking price, fine, AGAIN I'm selling NOT giving, daniel son. There's always CL, ebay, etc. be sure to follow me there as well. You're a real pest, but maybe we can work around that. And as you said "mmmkay?" LOL, drama queen. And that's my PIECE.

Peace out.

And so do I, but I don't ask for handouts either nor do I get mad at the supermarket when the milk is not on sale. I look for deals, but usually when the price is too good to be true, it isn't true or there's an underlying problem. I've seen people here be cheated out of money with broken merchandise. I've also seen used merchandise go for more than I may think it's worth. To be honest not my problem. That's what I'm saying to you, if you don't like the deal, that's fine, I realize that by not giving my tires away there will be less of a line, but that doesn't mean I expect people to kick me in the shins as they walk away.

Yes I will sell one, but I have one ahead of you asking for a shipped price for 2. If he doesn't want then I will let you know (however, I really prefer selling the pair), by then you should have access to the PM system. Thanks!

Since you have made numerous claims that you're being "competitive" with stores and retailers alike, will you show me your Quality Process procedures. I mean after all, since you would have us pay as we would from a wholesaler, or internet authority, I assume you are ISO certified as well. With that being said, I'm sure I will get an Invoice number, as well as a warranty and packing slip with said purchase. Do you have certs for the bags you stored the tires in? I need to know they're within the standard of tire storage. How about Shipping, can you ensure me your shipping procedures are compliant within DCAA standards?

Wow, thanks for the insult considering I have never met you in my life. I obviously sold 2, and have gotten plenty of inquiries for the 2 I have left. So, whether I have all that or not, is none of you business if you don't want to buy. Go panhandle elsewhere! And there were soooooooo many flaws in that other jerk's arguements that at the end of the day I couldn't resist responding. But for you, F#Ck off!
