Powder coating shops in Toronto?
Hello folks
Can anyone recommend a good shop (a guy) for powder coating wheels in the GTA. Also, any opinions, based on your experience - does the coating last a good while, do you have to repair nicks and scrapes before getting them coated, cost? Not sure which shade (of black or grey) to get. I have OEM 18" 197 wheels on a space grey e92. Cheers! |

New guy here but just thought Id share this with you guys.
I've heard good things about Quy's but if youre just looking for powder coating, or your rims aren't too messed up, try Metal Coaters in Mississauga. They do alotta work for tuners around the GTA. Their price is in the low-mid $200 cheapest Ive seen yet. I bought a set of "curbed" silver rims from my cousin in Cali, they dont look too bad, so Im planning to take it there to get it powder coated again, in matte black. Heres their info http://metalcoaters.ca/contact-us scroll down for the info I talked to Taj and he gave me a great price. Better than the couple other places Ive checked around Mississauga and the GTA. And I havent heard anything bad in the other forums about their quality. Ill post pics when I get them done finally |

Brightside Coatings. http://www.brightsidecoatings.com/Joomla/index.php. Ask for Mike and tell him you were referee by the AWD Spyder. He'll know who I am and should cut you a decent price. FYI .... Downtown Porsche sends their rims here when customer want rims done.
