Help....clearing CEL?

Hey guys,

So my CEL came on and I need to clear it out. I unplugged the battery for 15 mins and hooked it back up...CEL is still there. Any other suggestions?

Get a code scanner or BT tool and clear the codes..but the more important question is WHY you are getting a CEL and codes???

Barvarian Technic (BT) tool. Or clear the codes with a V5/JB4. Take it to Autozone, they can read the codes....not sure about clearing them.

Biggest question here...don't you want to know why your car threw the CEL/code in the first place?
