Question Help with my mtech bumper

So i wanted to know if you guys could help me out with the mtech bumper im getting with quad pipes .

Should i have the pipes cut even ?

Or should i have the pipes cut staggered, so it would be smaller on the out side and bigger in the inside .

Thanks for your help .
