Front license hole fix

Anyone recommend a reliable body shop in the bay area who can fill in and paint my front license plate holes?

I've used Muscat Auto in SSF/San Bruno, near the airport for 2 cars now. I was refered by a co-worker. Little shop where they do lots of behind-the-scenes work for Rector Audi, Lexus, etc. I just had my e90 front bumper re-done. They were actually able to take out a big crease and re-paint, when I thought I would have to replace the bumper. Cash deals, which is what I like.

Wow! Sounds like they just gave you an insurance quote. Did you happen to mention the e90 forum as a reference?

Might still be more than you want to pay for the fix, relative to finding a used, matching color bumper on this site. I'd say that $750 is on the high side.

Are you sure they didn't say just $7.50 instead?

He asked if it was out of pocket or insurance, I told him out of pocket. Said it would take two days to do. Maybe he still misunderstood me?

Yah, $750 is way much. That's more than a lot of shops charge to do the whole bumper.

Call H&H in Oakland. Ask for Raymond. Tell them Grant sent you They do superb work. Worked on my Evo, Escalade, and the BMW.

If you have holes in the bumper, what i did was paint some screws and filled it in, if that doesn't work, use some bondo or playdoh and fill it in, sand it, and paint it. That's what body shops usually do. Well the bondo part hahaha. 750 is about the same price to buy an entirely new bumper and paint it....

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.
