Those who did trunk lid replacements NEED KEYHOLE HELP!!!!

I recently did the LCI conversion and bought a fresh trunk lid from tischer. Well, during the install I noticed that there was no hole for the friggin key!!!!

My question is.. for those who did either an aftermarket csl swap or ran into the same issue I have with oem trunk.. how did you fix it? Did you cut like the old oem hole? Or did you cut just enough for the actual silver part of the key hole to fit through?
