Replacing M-tech Front Bumper Help?!?!

Hey Bimmer Fanatics, I need help? In order to put M-tech splitters, do you need to buy a M-tech bumper? Cause right now I have a stock 07 e90 bumper and it doesnt fit, so I assume I need to buy a Mtech bumper? Any suggestions?
