I have a 2007 BMW 328i. I got it about a year ago, and I really like it. The only thing it might be lacking is some better wheels/tires. It is arctic metallic, and has nav and everything. The only thing it is lacking is some better wheels. Im trying to decide, first of all if it is worth it and second of all, what to get. Last but not least, what would we the best bang for the buck? AKA, what will look the best for the least amount of money. Attached is a link to a picture that looks just like my car, with those wheels and all. Please help me!
Thank You! |

Im not going to get crappy wheels. If I dont come up with the money, Im just going to leave the ones on there that I have. Not the worst thing in the world. I was just looking for some examples...like Gunmetal, Black, etc. or even more specifically, what exact wheels to get. I should be able to get some good money soon. Thats why im asking for suggestions.

![]() CSL reps? Less than 1K But, if you're looking at anything cheaper than 700, don't bother. Besides, rims like these bend, crack, so you may be better off not touching it. Get some tints, black out the orange reflectors, plasti-dip the grilles, debadge, and maybe purchase blacklines if possible, then call quits till you save for some rims.

OEM 189s would look good. Either buy good wheels or don't. Reps have a nasty history of bending/cracking easily. OEM wheels are some of the strongest you can buy.
Should not be hard to locate a decent set. Example of 189s on a pre-LCI sedan: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=374

I would highly recommend purchasing a new set of wheels and tires. My recommendation would be the beautiful new Avant Garde M-359's in silver. These would definitely transform the look of your car and they are very reasonably priced. PM me for details.

162s or 189s for sure. You might be able to find a secondhand set for pretty cheap, and at least then you'll have wheels that should be pretty durable. I've heard of some splitting lately though, so I don't know. Also, the wheel repair guy said that the OEM wheels bend a little easier (probably helps prevent them from breaking).

I wouldn't buy used wheels you never know what the previous owner did to them.
I think Alufelgen CS7 (CSL reps) would look really nice, they're good quality and affordable. |
