Rubbing! Need tire help please

I just got 295/30/19 Pilot SS installed on my e92 with 19/10 VMR VB3. The guys at discount tire looked at the car and they said it didn't rub (they even put a guy in the back seat).

Driving home I was really happy, HUGE increase in traction over the old 275's. Problem is about 5 minutes later sure enough I hear some rubbing going over an uneven road. DAMN!

Any way to roll the fenders/spacers/anything so that I can keep these tires! I really love the extra traction.

A 295/30/19 is very aggressive for the E92 body. Although a fender roll may help with the rubbing, I highly doubt that it will completely eliminate the issue. You may want to also adjust your camber accordingly to make more space as well.

295's are extremely wide for a Non-M, especially on a Coupe. Sitting inside the car would not make a difference static. When the vehicle is moving and the suspension compresses under load is when you'll experience rubbing issues.

You'll need to do a good fender roll and possibly even add camber for the 295 Michelin's to work.

Thank you! I had heard somewhere that e92 rear fenders couldn't be rolled so good to know.

Is there any major advantage/disadvantage of changing the camber in terms of handling?

e92 FRONT fenders can't be rolled. I'll let someone else chime in about the camber.

That is correct as the front fenders on the E92 are plastic.
