Price check on used 2010 E93 335i

Hey guys,

I'm in the market for E93 335i and came across one car that I really want.
Price seems abit high so I need your opinions and inputs.

Color: Space gray with Coral red interior
Miles: 12,874
Options: Cold weather package, M Sports Package w/ ZMP, Premium, Navigation, Comfort Access, PDC
Carfax: Clean one car owner
Asking Price: $ 48,266

I actually did check it and it was about $1000 below the KBB value.

I'm trying to figure out where I should start with my offer and how much I should aim for.

I like to use Edmunds TMV instead of kbb or nada. TMV = True Market Value, I think this is much more realistic.
