2011 328i MSport Lease Deal?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post after ording my 2011 328i MSport. Was hoping you guys could give me some input on the deal i got from BMW.

MSRP: $44,125
Price I got: $40,650
Term: 36 months
Miles: 12,000
Residual: 64%
Money Factor: .00175 (not sure if this right but somewhere around there)
Down payment: $2,500 (including first month, tax and all the good stuff)
Monthly Payment $478

Car Deatils:
2011 328i - Le Mans Blue

- MSport pkg
- Premium pkg
- Convenience pkg

So what do you guys think? Is this a good deal?

Seems about the same deal I got,

328i msport coupe, MSRP was about $49,500. I'm paying $520 a month with 2,500 down for 27 months.
