This is my first post and its just a reference point for someone looking to buy a CPO 328i in bay area.

I just bought a CPO 2008 328i E90 Monaco Blue Exterior/Beige Interior with 35xxx miles in the bay area (Silicon Valley, CA). It has 1yr maintenance and 3 yr warranty left on it. The packages installed are Premium, Sports, Navigation, 6FL Ipod, Xenon Adaptive Lights etc etc. The rear tires are brand new and front tires are fairly new. The car is in excellent condition, both inside and outside, no dings, no scratches, etc. I also managed to get all weather beige color mats from the dealership included.

The price paid was 27K which is just about average OR may be little bit above average. But the problem in bay area is that this particular spec for a 328i is hard to get and it gets sold with 1-2 days. I bought the car listed on the same day.
