FS or Lease Assumption: 2011 328i MSport LOADED 2500 miles
Greetings... After a decade in the world of BMW and 5 years "living" in MA I have decided that it has time to bring my love affair with these things to an end. I'm now living in the sticks in NH (newly single after 5 years) and have decided that an MSport 3-series is not exactly conducive for the camping, climbing, hiking, skiing, etc. that I like to do. As such I'm offering up for sale/lease assumption my BRAND NEW car. I ordered this car in February and took delivery in April. It now has 7,000 miles on it with 45,000 total miles available for the length of the lease. The specs: 2011 328i (chosen because I prefer my BMWs naturally aspirated and RWD) 6MT Black Sapphire on Black Dakota Leather with glacier silver trim M Sport from factory with M193 18" wheel upgrade Premium Cold Nav HK Sound Rear PDC Bluetooth/Ipod/USB Adaptive Xenon This is a specially ordered car from the factory with just about every available option. The car currently sits under a NOAH car cover while I daily drive my Jeep or take the Harley out. I did have the car out this past weekend and it still smells new!!! As you'll note I'm updating the mileage here and if you are interested in lease assumption I will "true up" the mileage, pay the transfer fees, and am offering the following... Current lease term Expires April of 2014. According to my BMWFS account there are 30 months remaining. Current lease is $600/mo. If you assume the lease I will cover $100/mo bringing the payment to $500/mo. That's a $3k incentive to take over the lease. Current sale price is $40.5k if you are interested in purchasing the vehicle. Thanks! Last edited by NHSkibm; 08-09-2011 at 11:26 AM.. |

Nice chatting the other day...
To confirm for all..No comfort access... I was living in Boston at the time of purchase and my condo was a little too close to my parking spot - good for parking bad for Comfort Access... Got you PM. Thanks! E-mails are on their way. Feel free to call anytime. Thanks for the interest. |
