335d harder to turn?
Is it normal for the 335d to be harder to turn that the 328i? I had a loaner and i noticed that the wheel was easy to turn and my d is pretty stiff.

Sport Package, bigger wheels/tires, heavier car...could all attribute to a difference in feel, but I don't recall ever noticing that when I've had a 328 as a loaner.

Probably sport package. My 335d has about the same steering stiffness as my 135i did.
I think my 135i had a quicker ratio but I might be imagining that.

Tires can also make a big difference.
When I changed from Direzza Star Specs to RE760s the steering got a lot lighter.

If they are like Euro 335d then it will have Hydraulic steering rather than the rubbish electric assisted steering you are used to in your previous E9x

Pro's to Hydraulic, more weighty steering at higher speeds. Better feedback through the wheel.
Pro's to Electric........Nothing.
