Looking to lease a 2011 328i Sedan , with just premium package. How much should I pay?

Assuming no metallic paint, MSRP should be $38,125 and invoice $35,155 including destination. Assuming you pay $1000 over invoice, roll the $725 acquisition fee, have top-tier credit, 0 cap cost reduction, no MSD program, and based on August lease rates with loyalty bonus cash ($1000), lease will look like this:
Cap Cost: $35,840 Lease Money Factor: 0.00190 Residual: 63% This gives you a pre-tax monthly payment of just under $480/mo with only tags/documentation/registration due at signing. Remember to negotiate your purchase price (cap cost) just as if you were purchasing the vehicle, and also know what money factor/residual the dealer is using. BMW allows dealers to mark this (and the acquisition fee) up to a certain amount.
