Having trouble deciding which wheels to buy.
I have been looking at wheels for a while now and I can't decide which ones to buy. I have narrowed it down to either the Breyton Race GTS Black or Breyton GTP Hyper Silver. Both are 19". I know a lot of people go with black rims, just wondering if they are overplayed. I have a White 2010 335xi Sedan. Here are some pics.

I don't want to talk you out of a wheel you truly love but Breyton wheels are NOTORIOUSLY heavy. I once bought a set of Breyton 19's for my E46 and never put them on, because the rear wheels weighed 32lbs or something... ridiculous. That may have changed in their new models, though. Not sure.
Still, it's your car, do what you love! If I were you, I would go with the V718, which is nearly identical: You also might light the Avant Garde M359 Sorry to burst your bubble. Let us know if we can help out. |

Oh, and as for color - you should tell us what color the car is before we decide what color wheels to recommend And also, how modded is it... carbon fiber bits? or kind of OEM look..?

My car is Alpine White just like in the pics. The car is all OEM look. No carbon parts. I was thinking later getting a carbon fiber diffuser. Everything else that's modded is under the hood.

those bbs are sick........id say they all look good minus the breyton if they really do weigh that much.....
a nice looking clean set of black would look good, white with black wheels is still cool......black on black is overplayed IMHOP |

Judging by you saying all your mods are under the hood I imagine you are more performance driven than cosmetic. That being said the "best" thing for you would probably be to find the lightest wheel, in a style you like, for the price you can afford. Go with the Breyton's if you see them in your sleep, but as I said before unless they've changed their manufacturing, you will most likely have four little piggies under your car. |
