I have my car listed on AutoTrader and selling as mother in law is giving wife her vehicle (Mercedes C320) that is paid for and wife does not want to sell it at least until after she passes. She has cancer and treatment is not working so the 335i goes and maybe will get another as this is our third BMW and the wife loves them. Car is CPO with warranty remaining and low mileage...just turned 40,000 miles a week or two ago. Brand new high performance run flats all around within past 6 months...deep tinted windows...Sport Package, Logic 7, etc. Never smoked in, garage kept and completely maintained using the excellent CPO Warranty and Maintenance. I have it listed lower than other similar with same mileage but is still a little wiggle room for serious buyer. Would rather it go to 335i enthusiast than dealer as trade so make me an offer as I want to be done with it in 2-3 weeks if possible. Thanks.

Mine is a CPO warrantied E90 to 100k miles or until 5/13/11. I've received bogus offers, but no where near the price you are listing yours for (even at 40k miles). If you drop your price to under $25k+ you may be able to get an offer since you are around 40k miles.

Yours is also too pricey. Your asking price is how much the E92s go for these days

$27,000 is as low as I am going...will keep it for that amount. Thanks for input.... dont need lower payment and dont really want to get rid of it...maybe have to park it and let wife drive my vehicle when she takes her mother to chemo...

thanks for input everyone...market sucks right now for sure when even CPO dealers are selling them for $27,800 now when they were at $33,000 few weeks ago. Guy told me a local dealer they were buying more than they were selling so market is dropping...not demand there was this time last year for whatever reason.
