RiXster, Turner, or ECS? i searched!

All the searches I saw seemed to be pretty old... I'm looking for an analog gauge and saw 3 possible options: rixter's old gauge, turner motorsports, and ecs tuning. I would love to have rixter's original gauge because of placement but I can't find any for sale and don't know if he is still selling those. I like Turner's and ECS' gauges but I don't like the middle mount. Is there a way to retrofit the mount onto the left driver vent? Thanks in advance for any help!
