Hi guys, this may be a really dumb question here but I have never had a bmw car serviced. On my iDrive it is saying it needs a vechicle and exhaust inspection. During this time will they also be replacing oil and other stuff?

The dates for oil change and brake fluid etc on iDrive are june 2012 so i thought it was a bit weird.

It's condition based servicing, so they'll just do what it says it needs. In this case, they'll probably charge you £80 or so to stick the car on a lift, look underneath to make sure nothing's falling off then stick it back on the ground again. They won't change any fluids unless the key says it's required.

Thanks a lot mate, these things creep up on you when you have multiple vehicles! Just had to pay service on gsxr, car tax for 335, did mot today for 335 and now this, all within 2 months lol.
