windows keep opening!

hi,

i've read about this issue on the forum before, but am failing at a search..

basically the windows on my e92 keep retracting when the car is parked up! it's happened twice now in the last week, and i've been very lucky that it hasn't rained :s

does anyone know a fix for this? have i flipped a switch by mistake..
should i contact BM?
would it come under (extended) warranty?

If you press and hold the unlock button on the key fob, this happens...
