Indy shops for routine maintenence
Anyone have any recommendations for dependable Indy shops for oil changes, alignments, rotor/pad relacements, etc? I was thinking of going to the Great Neck dealer service, but I've heard horror stories about dealership service.

+2 - 10... Matt does outstanding work (no matter what model of BMW you have). I highly recommend him for any standard (or custom) work you need done (outside of a dealer)

And if by "Great Neck" dealer you mean Bayside BMW, then yes, NIGHTMARES!
