I recently sold my 2006 325i, and still have a genuine BMW back seat dog cover which I obviously no longer need. I believe the part number is 52300391107. It far exceeded my expectations and worked GREAT - best accessory I ever bought for the car. I pretty much left it in almost 100% of the time simply because I rarely had people ride in the backseat and it protected the seat anytime I threw anything back there. Installs and removes easily.

The condition of the cover is surprisingly almost like new. I can't believe how resilient that thing really is. There's no stains, rips, or tears in the fabric. Zippers, plastic connectors, and all other pieces are like the day they came out of the box. Looks great - I was able to vacuum out 98% of all the dog hairs, but you may spot a few stubborn ones still in the fabric. But that's the life of living with a dog
