Invoice can be easily figured out by many sites. Edmunds is what I use. Just note after the invoice price, dealers add on the MACO and training fee which is legitimate. Doesn't mean you can't negotiate to however you please though.

And "Invoice" is somewhat of a made up number. BMW dealers pay less than invoice (typically at least $1,500 or more under), so even if you grind them down to invoice or below, the dealer is still doing just fine.
