NYC/LI dealers for service

I want to take my car in for warranty work. The arms that bring out the seatbelt don't really work and the steering wheel trim is peeling a bit and I've seen guys getting that warrantied. I called up Rallye on long island and even though the car was originally purchased from there, they would not offer me a loaner.

Any other local dealers where I can go AND expect better service? You would think while the car is under factory warranty and originally purchased from there, they'd take better care of you...but apparently not. I'd like to keep this in NYC/LI area. Not looking to travel to CT or NJ

anyone besides Chris blanco at Rallye.

Edit: I always thought if you booked in advance and showed up early enough you'd be able to get a loaner..

Just out of curiosity, are u under 25 years old? That could explain why you're not getting loaners.

Nope that's not it. I bought the car privately and even though it was originally purchased from there, I was told "since you didn't buy from us, you are not eligible for a loaner". I don't need anything serious done, but would like to have some sort of normal standing relationship with a local dealer. They seem like condescending pricks from my experience thus far...and I haven't even been there yet! haha

I live in fresh meadows right next to bayside and I go out of my way to avoid them and to Hassel. Call up John Denise at Hassel. He'll take care of you.

I wouldn't take it to Bayside if you're looking for better service. I live IN Bayside, and don't go to Bayside whether it's for service or to purchase a car. My first time there was my last time too.
