Hey guys

Just wanted to introduce myself to the board... I came up on a 07 E92 328i M package w/19" M6s AT iDrive with 37K miles for <$23k The only issues the car were that the rear sun shade wouldn't go down and a non-functional seatbelt assist. Other than that, the car has been taken great care of. I went to Desert BMW LV today and found out that maintenance has been taken care of and service isn't scheduled for another 20K or so miles on the breaks, etc and the oil was just changed in May. It ran out on its warranty just last month. My question is...would it be worth it to invest in a extended warranty? Knowing that the car has been well taken care of and maintained, I'm kinda hesitant. Dealership quoted me Easy Care Total Care 3 yrs 75K miles for $2950. Or...should I just take it to an indy when repairs are needed? My biggest concern is the electronics, specifically the navigation system as I've heard it could take up to $6k to replace. Any suggestions would be appreciated... thanks!
