Innovativewiring.com sends malicious .doc files via e-mail

I requested information through innovativewiring.com and they have sent a malicious .doc file detected under Norton, Kaspersky, and McAfee.

DO NOT OPEN ANY FILES FROM THEIR REPRESENTATIVE

Now I don't even want to order from them.

If they are doing it, it certainly isn't on purpose. You should inform them. The last thing a company wants is to infect it's customers, especially BEFORE the sale!
