Well that was bloody close! I hope we learn a valuable lesson from this and give Wilkinson a new Sat Nav coz i think he is using an old Bimmer one

Scotland are topping the group! W T F!! No disrespect to all my Scottish friends but not what anyone expected hey.

Thoughts on the semi finalists?

I think that most of all us Scots weren't expecting it. Plenty of time to come last yet.

England had 10 good mins of rugby today which saved them... I was shocked at Jonny's performance, as he normally pulls it out of the bag when it's needed the most!

Bound to be a slow start for the Northern Hemisphere nations as their rugby season has only just kicked off.

Lets hope they find their feet in the next few group games.

Looks like the Welsh have found their feet, it was an awesome game, just a shame they lost but Io am sure they will win the rest of their group matches.

The Irish walked all over the USA but that is to be expected. I think the miss all the padding and the fact that they cant have 92 players on the bench, but a good showing from a fledgling nation, give them 10 years or so and they may be a threat.

Thanks for that.......absolutely gutted as we were sooooo close.....2 kicks missed, and one not given to us (bloody cock-eyed linesmen!!)....we really let them off the hook...

Best thing is that we don't seem to have picked up any serious injuries..

Samoa will be interesting.....

Was more impressed with the welsh team than the England team, they just seemed more hungry for it, yep Tonga will be very interesting I think we play swansea girls under 5's next, and that will be a hard one as they can be sooo spitefull
