Car choice and age figures in the UK

I came across this earlier :

http://www.tescocompare.com/why/medi..._and_age.shtml

Interesting figures. Bmw owners are only a couple of years younger on average compared to Porsche owners.

I have a feeling generally people on car forums, being enthusiasts probably got there before the average age lol. I have another decade and half before I will basically need to buy a new 911 haha.

The one bloody car make I've been looking at for a potential future purchase, Jaguar, is officially bought by the oldest people! Are XFR owners really that old??

Anyway, this is clearly bullshit because theres none with average ages of under 30 except LADA!! Come on, when did you last see a young lad driving a Lada (which there must be in order to get the average so low....even the likes of Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen etc are well into 30's)??

Part of the reason Jag introduced the X-Type was to appeal to a younger market. But soon found that the buyers were retiring old guys who had just lost the company XJ

You'll just have to wait a few years Palmnuts!

I'm torn between a Roller or the XJ8

The Prius would get wrapped round a tree for a hug

Well, according to those figures I am old before my time. Should be in an Audi this year, the BM next and then something boring and Japanese the year after I guess.
