Going out of warranty check up at an indy?

What all should I make sure that Indy checks so that there are no surprises later?

Btw car is 2006 325i

Warranties apply to parts that fail. What do you think an Indy will tell you; that a part is just about to fail? And then what would you do? Go to the dealer and say, my independent mechanic said part so and so is just about to fail so please replace it?

BMW calls for a regular Inspection service every 30,000 miles. If the car is due (OBC/Keyfob should have that info), then by all means have it done. Otherwise, what is the point?

won't it be helpful, if Indy can go over all the joints, seals, other parts that normally fail(& that give enough indications for imminent failure)?

Yes, it would be similar to a pre-purchase inspection
