Has anyone seen coolant in the oil from a failed oil filter housing gasket?

Had my first used oil analysis done at 15000 miles (4th oil change), and it potentially shows coolant in the oil.

Is it possible that the oil filter housing gasket could be letting some coolant across or wouldn't that happen?

Oil filter housing gasket failure is common with the E9X. It's also a simple DIY from what I've seen.
