We have been working with our clutch manufacturer to come up with a 135i/335i clutch similar to our highly rated HPF Feramic Supra and BMW M3 clutches and it is now completed. This clutch has the same smooth engaging material as our other clutches but still has an extremely high melting point, 1200 degrees F, so it will never fuse. The amazing thing about these single disk clutches is that they have held over 1,000rwhp without sacrificing driveability. Most customers won't even know it's an aftermarket clutch. The pedal effort provides a nice crisp feel and is slightly stiffer but very stock like.

hi Chris, congrates on the new product!! I was just wondering when would you have upgraded transmission part for AT guys? (for example, an upgraded torque converter... )

Just curious... what about clutch weight and friction compared to the other options. Feramic would have iron and be much heavier and less COF, right?

The fact is, the N54 platform needs a good clutch. But when I read the "we got the clutch but will be installing it in Tim's car next week to check it" it doesn't inspire me confidence at all. Gone are the days when companies were doing R&D when developing their products ?

Thanks. We've worked with a clutch manufacturer over the past 10 years on all of our Feramic clutches. We've sold over 1,000 clutches with this material. Many of the fastest single disk Supra's on the planet are running this clutch and "ALL" of the fastest single disk M3's on the planet are running this clutch. We'll have an "installation" video and a driveability video for our first customer this week.

Chris.
