anyone have a turbo "fail" yet?

I'm just wondering if anyone has actually had a stock turbo "fail" on them yet. I know they have been replaced for wastegate issues, but what about an actual failure of the turbo such as a bearing, etc.?

Bearing seals here, seems to be the most common problem.

If you don't mind me asking, what mileage did you have on the turbos? Was it a sudden failure or were there warning signs?

seals here too, somewhere around 98500, tuned since around 80k so it was bound to happen

Seals here too! Tuned since 800kms on dial. It failed with 84000kms on very hard kms.
