They promised 2nd week of june delivery, turns out not even getting built until week 23. So I'm buying a CLK55.

You could change the options but right now it's configured as:

2007 335i Coupe
Alpine White
Black leatherette
6-speed
Sport
Cold Weather
BMW Assist
PDC

$44,5xx sticker

Price agreed on: $42,755

If there's no interest I'll just cancel the order, but figured someone on here might want to grab it up. My $500 deposit is what I need.

So you were able to get it below sticker? In other words the price will be 42 and change .. is that before tax and such? How may I ask, were you able to do this? Dammit if you werent so far away ...

yes the price was $1800 below sticker. The car is not in huge demand up here (in fact no cars are) so cars rarely go for sticker and never above...shit our M3 list is only like 6 people long

I actually just got off the phone and they're just going to refund my deposit, but if you were to call them theyd surely give you the same deal. I think you can do port to port train shipping for like $700 socal to buffalo, or end up with $1100 off sticker (maybe better).

That price was before taxes but included dest, etc.. etc..

Like i said before, I'm sure you could purchase the car from them and have it shipped to you via train for about $750 station to station (they drive it there you pick it up @ a station). If you're having troubles finding 335i's for under sticker (or sticker for that matter) this could be a good route to take. I'll gladly give you their contact info...It'd be nice if you mentioned me, I think they give out kickbacks for referrals
