there is a lot of talk of a non square set up affecting the AWD system, but i dont think anything has been proven...most people even with AWD do a staggered setup...

this set up will work fine on your car, even if lowered depending on the offsets of the rims

I just want to make sure, if the tire sizes are correct, and also if I were running with different tire brand, are they fine ?

No, the front should be 235/35/19...rear size is fine. 275/30/19 in the rear would be a better match but 265 works

was advised against going with a staggered setup, for me the biggest thing was not being able to rotate the wheels/tires, so eventually the front tires would be a different rolling diameter than the rear, this is bad mmmkay. I have heard of many people with a staggered fitment working fine, but I decided to go the same size all the way round, like it came from the factory (larger, but all the same size/width)

BMW xDrive vehicles come from the factory with staggered wheels from 3 series to X5's. There is absolutely nothing wrong with staggered setups on AWD vehicles.

The Continental DW, the Yokahoma S. Drive and the General G Max tires all have the exact same roll diameter in sizes: 235/35/19 & 275/30/19........Can't go wrong with any of these 3 tire setups.

You should be fine, but 275 is closer in diameter. You have an 09' though, so 265 might work better for you. The Pre Lci can usually run 275's with no problem.
