335D JBD > e39 M5 with re-map exhaust

I met a guy with an M5 on the highway and we launched at different speed yesterday, I was ahead at all the time . I was very surprised to outtake him ( not easily but I did)

I gave a friend a ride in my 335d. He has a e39 M5 and a turbo M3. With 5 people in the d he thought it was faster or damn comparable to his M5 in straight line acceleration.
