@seemebreakthis.....I just installed the a/v module from alekshop and got video but no audio. The aux setting shows the volume as muted and does not allow me to increase the volume... Do you know what maybe the problem? I saw your slingplayer youtube video and I'm trying to do the same.

the audio basically has nothing to do with the a/v module. you need to reroute your iphone audio to the AUX IN of car stereo. Then pick AUX IN as your audio input source using your idrive panel.

Does this make sense?

Quick update: If your iPhone OS is 4.0 or greater, use TVOut2Mirror instead of Landscape TV Out. You get better results overall, and better usability (e.g. screen appearing on both the phone and idrive screen)

(BTW iphone 4 works great with the docking device too)
