Selling my iPhone 4S question

So I have pre ordered the 4S today as an upgrade to my iPhone 4 but I really don't have the need to use the 4S. So I might want to try to sell the 4S on ebay. My question is if it's okay to sell it as unopened/NIB? Will the person who bought it have a problem activating the phone? And how much do you guys think a new 4S will worth on ebay the first week? Thanks.

No the sim card will be fine afaik but just sell it on craigslist.

Just make it clear that it's locked to AT&T, offer international shipping (USPS Express with Insurance is about $40-45 worldwide), and you should make quite a bit of money.

I recommend a BIN listing (with immediate PayPal payment req'd). If you choose to go auction, make sure to mention in the listing that no bidders under 5 feedback can bid, and cancel their bids if they do using this form http://ebay.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/...FCancelBidShow

I'm pretty sure you can just cancel your order with apple if it's pre ordered. I pre ordered mine today, and there is an option to cancel my order in the email.

remember this ebay has ridiculous fees you may be charged $50 just for the sale then remember paypal fees.

Great choice. I've had mine for 6 months(Bought it unlocked from Europe) and it has been solid. The only problem I've had is it restarts once in a blue moon. The SGS 3 comes out in March. Quad core processor and a 12 MP camera and a 4.6" display are rumored.
