It's brand new It was opened but never used there are no scratches and zero minutes on the phone

BNIB, yeah right. The original protective film is removed, and it has a screen protector on it. That is not BNIB. You can probably still sell it for 400 though, as long as it works properly...

its brand new that film was never removed if you look at all pictures u can see phone is in perfect new condition. its never been used. 32g iPhone 4 black

sry iphone messed up earlier post, i had previously bought for a friend but they ended up not needing it leaving me stuck with a new phone. its never been used or activated or plugged into a computer.

Haha, probably would have sold it by now or at least had an offer. People see the screen protector and find it hard to believe it's never been used, that's all.

Have you tried Craig's list? You'll have multiple offers in <10mins.
