bluetooth pairing differs by key?

So, are the bluetooth prefs key-specific? That is, does the car/key prefs list include bluetooth pairing info?

I have a sneaking suspicion that my Pearl connects fine when I use one key, but has that connect/disconnect behavior when I use the other. (I have both keys by the door, using whichever one I pick up when I walk out...I like to keep both of them charged up).

Thoughts?

Go pair the phone with the car with the key that is giving you trouble. You could do a test of using 1 key for 1 week to see if you have an issue then use the other key for 1 week to see if the BT does not pair then pair it and do the test over again.
