E92 wheel question

My friend is wondering if some wheels will fit on an E92. They are 18x8.5 + 39, 18x9.5 + 34 and the car will be dropped on springs. Will these work? How about with 245/275 tires? Thanks in advance.

they will work, and there shouldnt be any rubbing issues....

what wheels are they, ive never seen numbers like that as offsets...
