Non M rear diffuser
I have searched and searched and can not find one? Vorsteiner discontinued....so that blows.
Are there any others out there?

Believe me, I have checked all that.
My title is NON M. I can not find a rear diffuser for NON M's. The above you cited only make them for M tech. I was hoping for someone who knows for sure if there is a company that makes one. And I'm not talking about the one that is just at the bottom...that is a straight piece that just goes around the exhaust tips.

I do believe that the diffuser that you're describing is the only one that is available for a non-m-sport rear bumper. Here are a few pictures of that piece for you to double verify.

Yes that's the one I was referring to.
Can't believe someone can't do one similar to the Vorsteiner that fits all the way around.

the only way to have a nice rear is m-tech now, and since so many cars come with it these days, companies have focused on making diffusors for that
