No. It's for metal, and your wheels are painted and clear coated.

People here swear by P21 wheel cleaner: http://www.autopia-carcare.com/p21-105g.html

I just use car wash soap, but I've thought about trying out the P21 sometime. It's a bit expensive, though. In general, Mothers and Meguiars have decent products, and both of those brands are easy to find locally. I bet they make wheel cleaners for painted rims. You don't want/need metal polish, though.
