Reverse lights

Are there any brighter reverse lights available for a 2009 e90? It's tough backing up with dark tinted windows and the stock lights.

They are legit. Brighter then stock.

They replace the 921 bulb. I'm not sure what is in your model. Takes 10 seconds to check though.

The only BMW E9x's that are notoriously finicky with errors are the 06-07 models. The newer the car, the less likely it will throw errors (yes, it's over-simplified, but for new people, this helps a lot)

Nope. For you, use the AutoLumination "7 Watt Eagle EYE SMT Tower" (http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm) in the 1156 base mount, in white obviously. Then, you will either need to wire in a resistor, or get bulb-check coded out to avoid throwing errors. Hope this helps!

I know Lux has brighter reverse lights for LCI e92/e93, but I don't think for pre-LCI.

check it out though

The high performance bulbs reverse lights are brighter then stock. Also white in color. They are only for PRE LCI e92 (so not 2011 or 2012). They fit some E90 models like 09-2011. You can double check by pulling the bulb as its a 921 style.

The Lux is only for LCI e92 so 2011+.

All this information is on their respective sites or vendor threads.
