I recently had a terrific experience buying my 2007 328i coupe through BMW of Gainesville. The sales associate I dealth with, Jack Brockmeier, is simply top-notch. He made the whole purchase process super easy from A-Z. Gregg Green and Matt Kynard got me a good deal through BMW FS and had me in my new car in literally just a few minutes after I arrived to sign the papers.

Jack has been fantastic with follow-up since the purchase and has helped me with everything from getting the windows tinted to renewing BMW Assist in the vehicle. If you are in North Central Florida and want the Ultimate Driving Machine, give Jack a call.

Glad you had a good experience with them. I had an awful time with them in December 2010 to the point where I wouldn't buy from them. I went out of state to make my purchase. I didn't deal with Jack so that's a good thing to take note of.

Their service department was awful when I had my 335i. I would take it in all the time for things and they would say "thats normal"took it to Tom Bush in Jacksonville and they fixed everything the same day and gave me a loaner which Gainesville never did.

Jack was one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with. He was such an enthusiast, he was so excited to show me his new Z4 that he took me for a spin in it! Never treated me like dirt because I am young either. He is going to be getting my business for sure.
